The zoos and national parks are going to start becoming a lot larger. Two thirds of all tigers are in zoos, whilst only one third are out in the wild. The polar bears also are a problem. In the 1950s, a vast amount of polar bears were hunted and shot. Russia put up a new rule for hunting, but they still allowed it.
