I can't believe how spammy this thread has gotten.

Lightning, please don't repeat yourself like that, that is called an unneeded post and/or possibly unneeded spam.

Happy Pi Day, 2007, everyone.

Love the banner. smile

Re: Pi Day 2007

Pi Day is here once again,
062 862 0899
I love that part.
I say it with Oh's instead of Zero's so it flows faster.
Did you know the Feynman point is about 700 or 800 digits
in where the number nine repeats a lot?
That's how far Richard Feynman said he should learn it
too once.  Richard figured out the O-Rings blew up the
Challenger.

Re: Pi Day 2007

I heard that too!
Feynman wanted to learn pi up to that point because then he could tell people that "pi is 3.1415... (*a few minutes later*) ...999999, and so on". smile

Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

Re: Pi Day 2007

Imagine walking along and seeing him reciting it to someone ... just for the punchline!

Anyway ... Happy Pi Day 2008!
