According to advertisements. But you are making a biased statement; For example, have you used Mozilla Firefox or NetScape (not that I use Net[S]cape) before? There is no proof that Internet Explorer is the world's 'best' browser. You need fact and not opinion to make a statement like that.

OK, I give in. It's just I've always used Internet Explorer on a Windows XP computer, so I've never had Safari, Mozilla Firefox, NetScape and the like. I'm also trying to get Windows Vista.

Wasn't a joke at all. So I guess Internet Explorer and Windows XP are the best brower and computer system in the Galaxy!
