Well, we have a forum which is not actually supposed to be used for 'chatting', but it is used for that sometimes anyway.

This forum is a bit like a chatroom or chat board, except if you're in a chatroom people reply to you straight away. On this forum, if people are online, they relpy straight away. In any other case, just leave a message here in the guestbook then come back in a day or so. One of the members would of replied to it- mostly it's Devante' who replies!

A few days ago, I bookmarked a thread in Members Only. I see it every time I decide to come onto the forum. I always check the user list to see if anyone has joined- and I just see a bunch of novices who signed up and left. Why they would do that, I don't know. This forum is very good.

This is a great place for worksheets.  I have a 14 year old granddaughter who cannot even do simple subtraction let alone any Algebra which she is getting an F in.  The F is due to lack of simple math skills.  I have printed out a lot of multiplication, division and subtraction{positive and negative signs}.  She was getting 2 to 5 correct out of 20 in the subtraction and now she is missing 2 to 5 which is a large improvement.  Multiplication is worse since she does not know her tables.  I would appreciate any suggestions to peek her interest with math or any other subject since she is failing all classes.  A lenghy discourse on why she is so behind.

Oh my god! Not even simple subtraction?! Your daughter must not like maths. Just tell her what she could do if she knew lots of maths, and what she might end up as if she dosen't do maths.
