Ah, the old 'solve-a-puzzle-by-asking-for-help' syndrome strikes again. Well done.
The design of those levels seems to vary as you go up them though. At first, there aren't many blocks, and the method of solving seems to be "stare at it until you figure out the trick".
Later on though, there are blocks all over the place and it seems that the only way to solve is to just try stuff until you find something that works. The only thing that I could deduce for the last puzzle is that the blues need to 'bridge' between the two side walls. After that it would just be a lot of moving around and resetting, unless I'm missing something else.
Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

It is cool, but I didn't write it, a guy called Nick Kouvaris did. He let me put it with my collection of Puzzle Games

I played a modified version once, except it had about 1,000 levels. It was called Colorsok but the background and blocks were different.
