this is a word puzzle BUT u cant use the dictionary or the web or an encyclopedia or anything else that tells u what it is except for your brain.u have to work out what this word means

It's a lung disease which is caused by silicon, the most likely cause being from a volcano.
No dictonary used.

it means a lung disease caused by breathing in ultramicroscopic particles of silica dust, often suffered by miners and referred to as p45.
