Is the key there? Is this a monoalphabetic substitution cypher or a polyalphabetic one? Or is it a transposition cypher?

Very funny. Actually, there are some names that sound a lot like that...
My friend's favorite Russian "name" is "Hoodja Nika Volikov". Say it fast, and you'll see what it means (it's a question).

I tried a simple decryption system (similar to the one used in the program), and all I got was what seems to be a series of store names...
