My aunt is applying for a job as a teacher. I hope she gets it because she's really nice. Can you tell me some advice I should give to her please ?

To be a nice person is not a qualification for employment. Employers don't care if your aunt is very nice or the opposite in character.
1-Does she have the qualifications?
2-Is she state certified?
3-Did she complete the student teaching requirements?
4-Did she major in education?

I will only provide the steps needed for students to solve problems on their own.
