42 is 101010 in binary, that's why!

The above Quote is an Answer to a Question! not the Answer to " WHY! "

Yes of course it can be run on any computer with the right Software!
But I know it cant Solve the Noughts and Crosses Problem I Posted elsewhere in another Post! Invented by yours Truly!...............

Which problem was that?
Why did the vector cross the road?
It wanted to be normal.

It involves the Computer having to move to a weak Square! to save the Game! without using Lookup Tables etc. The main Problem is how to Number the (9) Possible move Squares with the Computer Calculating on It´s Own?...

I can't take much more of this..
A logarithm is just a misspelled algorithm.

1 to 9? a1 to c3?

why would a computer need to solve like five trillion problems in a second? five trillion users?

Simulating the weather is one example. Break the atmosphere into slices about a meter thick and a few hundred meters on a side, then calculate how each one affects the other, and do that for every minute over the next few days ... you need a very powerful computer for that!

yea but i highly doubt that you need to do over five trillion problems to solve that. maybe five million, or maybe even five billion i will smile upon. but five trillion? there's no way i would believe that unless Einstien came up to me and showed me every step.

Atmosphere up to 1km in 1 meter steps: 1000
Surface of the earth in 1km squares: 500,000,000
Hence number of "chunks" = 500,000,000,000 (half a trillion chunks)
Minutes in a week: 10,080
So you need to run the "how does each chunk affect its neighbors" routine about 5,000,000,000,000,000 times (5 thousand trillion times)
In reality they are probably forced to run the programs at less accuracy than that, because the computer can't handle it!
(Please check my numbers, I just rattled them off quickly!)

Now give a Move Value for each of the 1 to 9? a1 to c3 Squares!...

A "problem" is probably a misnomer. It really means "computation". So for example, 1+1 is a problem.
