New format

Hello

Is there a way that the Administrator may change the forum into a new one like MathLinks or using Invision Power Board or vBulletin?

Ahh... a topic close to my heart. I have been waiting for over a year for the new version of PunBB (1.3) so that I can make lots of mods. The new version is an almost total rewrite, so all old mods will have to be redone when it comes out.

I like PunBB because it is neat code, and runs fast and smooth. But I wish they would hurry up with 1.3, but they are all volunteers with lives of their own, so it is impolite to ask them to hurry.

To put it simply, PunBB want a bribe. Maybe that would speed up things a little bit more ... and stop our waiting.

That would be nice if it would work.

There is one very important thing about our current version: it is secure.

Other forum software (and previous versions of this one) can be vulnerable to hackers. But despite constant hacker efforts this version remains impregnable.
