Turn e cubed times 100 into a day coming up this year.
100e³ is sometime this year, if you use the fraction to get to a time this year.
Just shy of one fiftieth of second after what time on what day of this year in July
does 100 e cubed fall on??
Remember this is a leap year, and also keep in mind if you want to start counting
days with a zero or a one.
