I have been investigating the use of random methods to create words ... and then carried on to making random sentences.
You can read about it here: Random Words
Post any funny ones you get!

Haha, very nice page. Kind of useless, but very interesting (meant as a compliment ).
I tried making some 4-letter words with the frequency method, and a few of the words it came up with were real! One of them was dace, and there were 2 others that I've forgotten now, and I was quite amused that the last word it made was tada! Making up words is clearly a feat that computers can be proud of.
My favourite nonsense word that came up was eeet. Very nice page, again. I'm going to have a lot of fun with this.

It wanted to be normal.

the frequency of letters in the English langiuage is well known.
I've been trying out the thing with the sample text now, and it's quite amazing how jumping from 2 to 3 letters gets you from complete nonsense to almost complete sense, with maybe just a few added e's on the end of a few words. Unfortunately, any sentence you get out using that is quite likely to be very similar to whatever sample you put in. In fact, if I choose to look at groups of 5 letters, then more often than not it just gave me back a part of my original sample.
But that's probably because this program is trying to create a sentence when its only knowledge of our rich and varied language is just one small passage, so it can't really be helped.
This page also reminds me of the Eater of Meaning, which looks at a web page, takes every word it can find in that page and then replaces it. I'm not entirely sure how it decides what to replace each word with, but I know that the results are often hilarious. For example...

Lol that's really interesting, a lot of them look like the random stories you might find in a spam email XD
Oh, and I spotted some grammar mistakes:
Under the 26^5 (near the top)
Let us be guess that there are 40,000 words in English that have 5 letters
And under 'Try for yourself'

Yes, the page is not really serious, but it is good fun... good for learning simple probability, perhaps.
One day I might develop it further and it will become a rich author, and I can be its agent
Eater of Meaning is funny stuff. It had "mathsyperson" as "restaurateur" and then "entrepreneur"

In another the bank, and noticed that she well as she was reading, but to take out when suddenly down, so managed to wonder the she fell past it.

Should that be censored?

I got weird words: reds, glie, rfoh and somehow I managed to get dead. I personally like "glie" quite a lot.

Should that be censored?
Yes, I guess so. But then should those babies "ABC" letter blocks be censored?
I will investigate.

Why? Well, here each die has 82 a's, 15 b's
I took that from his page. That seems to be utter gibberish.

"Dice" is plural, "die" is singular ... does that help? Or should I have said "82 "a" faces, 15 "b" faces, etc ... ?
