I found a very nice resource for maths - it is called A Maths Dictionary for Kids. It is written by an Australian primary school teacher, and I love it.
It has HUNDREDS of words explained, and could be really useful if you are having trouble understanding something. Then again, it is fun just to look around it.
It is written in "Flash", (you may need to install Flash Player first - there is a link on the website), and has lots of nice animations and interactive elements to explain the words.

I agree, that is a very helpful software, and it has activities to make it more fun. I think people in schools should have a go at it in a maths lesson.
School is practice for the future. Practice makes perfect. But - nobody's perfect, so why practice?
