The only way to end all war is not fight back. Thus when someone visits (the way the soviets came to Georgia), conflict can be avoided by not making a fuss.

When some person takes control of country and proceeds to kill or destroy a specific segment of that society, we should be very adamant and say: You are mean and must stop the killing. And to really make it hurt, you have to shake your finger.
It should be very obvious that such a method works. I have not found an example of it actually working, but I was instructed that it does.
You just have to tell a bully to stop, and they will always stop their silly behaviour and be super good after that.

If that person has a gun (or atomic bomb) you merely have to stand on your principles. You tell that person that God does not approve of such actions. If that persons starts shooting at you and says "God directed me to kill you", then if might be time to re-think ending all wars.

Hitler really did not want a war. But all those English people did not understand his manner of ending all wars, and look at what happened. Hitler only wanted to get rid of those that he felt were not in his best interest. If there had been no resistance, there would not have been that nasty war in which many died.

Obama will remove all U.S. troops, and then all wars around the globe will cease.

Well in 8 years, you can look back and rethink why we invaded Pakistan and started another big mess then. Enjoy it, because it wasn't my fault; I'm advocating staying out; Obama says very plainly that he is going after Bin Ladin, which is just plain dumb because there are probably other people that will take his place with the same vengeance if we continue to act likie little children with big nuclear math and no money anymore.

That's right, no war would have meant not just 6 million Jews dying, many millions more people would have been executed as well.
