PreCal Identities and Formulas

Verify: cos(y+pi)=-cos(y)

I'm completely stumped. I know that there is an identity cos((pi/2)-x)=sinx, but that's the closest I could find...

Also, how do you show work for sec(32°)=csc(58°)? I just did it in the calculator.
