Hi zee-f;
I can not think of a better one than here. You can learn by doing. Post them and show your work. Someone will help.

Hi;
The GCF is used on bigger ones ( 4 terms ). Do you remember how to do one by grouping as you call it?

hi zee-f
you can do it like this:
x^2 + 2x - 15=
x^2 - 5x + 3x - 15=
x(x-5) + 3(x-5)=
(x+3)(x-5)
the answer is D

hey guys so i did number 7 the same way i hope i did it correct
so number 7 is x^2-3x-18
x^2-3x-18=
x^2-6x-3x-18
x(x-6)-3(x-6)
(x-3)(x-6)
7. x^2 3x 18
A(x + 3)(x + 6)
B(x + 3)(x - 6)
C(x - 3)(x - 6)
D(x - 3)(x + 6)
E(-x + 3)(x + 6)
FThis polynomial cannot be factored by grouping.
so my answer is c

i really need help on this this is what i did
so the polynomial is
8x^2+47x+28
(8x^2+7x)+(4x+28)
x(8x+7)+4(x+7)
so i choose (A)
8x^2 + 47x + 28
AThis polynomial cannot be factored by grouping.
B(3x + 7)(5x - 4)
C(3x - 7)(5x - 4)
D(3x + 7)(-5x + 4)
E(-3x + 7)(-5x + 4)
F(3x + 7)(5x + 4)
