Let a = 600m
Let b = 900m
Let angle between a and b = Q = 40 degree
Therefore, c^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2ab*cos[Q]
or c^2 = (600m)^2 + (900m)^2 - (2* 600m * 900m*cos[40 degree])
Solve for c
Let Perimeter = a + b + c
a)If (Perimeter =< 2km):
Sufficient = Yes
Else:
Sufficient = No
b)To get answer for calculate with Q = (Q + 5) and Q = (Q - 5) seperately
then goto (a) to get answer
