How can we delete the posted question

Hi guys.

If i post any question and than i want to delete that post.
Than how can i do it?
I want to delete my post.

Please guide me in this regards

ps.  When the post contains certain features (eg. Latex) I find the delete button does not work.  Then it takes two stages: (i) edit out that feature and submit : (ii) then delete the remainder.
