Instantaneous Rate of Change

The volume V of the right circular cylinder of
height 5 meters and radius r meters is given to be
V = V(r) = 5πr^2. Find the instantaneous rate of change of the
volume with respect to the radius when r = 3 meters.

I need the set up. Thanks.

I think this will have to be calculus.  The other posts are an easier start so let's get them sorted first, then I'll show you this more complicated case.
