Smallest Possible Integer

If y = sin x and y^(n) is the nth derivative of y with respect to x,
find the smallest positive integer n for which y^(n) = y.

1. Can someone rephrase this question?

2. How is this done? Steps, please....

Re: Smallest Possible Integer

You want to find how many times you need to differentiate y until you end up with your original function y again.
