A question from Kiselev's Geometry Book I -Chap 3

Could anyone help to solve this construction question?
Through a point given in the interior of an angle, draw a line such that its segments between the point and the sides of the angle have a given ratio m:n.

Thanks

Every living thing has no choice but to execute its pre-programmed instructions embedded in it (known as instincts).
But only a human may have the freedom and ability to oppose his natural robotic nature.
But, by opposing it, such a human becomes no more of this world.
