a = 1, h = -1, k = -2

the vertex is then the minimum point since a>0, this occurse when (x+1)^2 is at 0, i.e. x +1 = 0, x = -1

so the vertex is at (-1,-2), the symmetric axis would be x = -1, and the y intercept if it means y intercept with symmetric axis, its -2.
