factor x^2 - 3x + 3 over the set of complex numbers.
use quadratic formula
x^2 - 3x + 3 = 0
a = x^2
b = 3x
c = 3
-3 +- sqrt( 3^2 - 4 * 1 * 3 )
x = ---------------------------------
2 (1)
-3 +- sqrt(9 - 12)
x= ----------------------
2
-3 +- sqrt( -3)
x = -----------------
2
-3 +- sqrt( 1 (-3) )
x = ----------------------
2
-3 +- 1 sqrt(-3)
x = ------------------
2
x = -1.5 +- 0.5 sqrt(-3)

hey, saudi_boy, did you draw these in paint? I was just wondering, because it can be much faster if you simply do it in LaTeX.
You can find info on it in this post:

Yes, saudi_boy, Latex is really good to use, once you get used to it.
Latex is used in many places, inlcuding Wikipedia.
And the cool thing about Latex on THIS forum is that you can click on it, and it will open up a new window with the Latex code that you can copy and change.
Try clicking on this:
All you have to do is include the code inside math tags:[math](latex code)[/math]
