as ganesh has already provided the diagram ... am providing the solution ...
AE/AB = EC/BC .... bisector theorem ...
from this we get ...
EC/AE = 2/3
=> AC/AE = 5/3 ... AC = AE + EC
now, AEF ~ ACD
hence, CD/EF = AC/AE
CD = 4
