how would you solve?.. in their college years , brit took 43 credits and nancy took 47 credit hrs. if brit took only 5-crdt coursed and nancy took only 3-crdt courses after their college yrs how many credits did they have when they had the sme number credits?

Just divide the numerator by the denominator. For example, 3/5 as a decimal is 3 divided by 5 which is 0.6.
is the answer 43*47*15...... ???the credits...
the question is still unclear but the lcm of 43*5 and 47*3 will give the answer 43*47*15 which gives the minimum number of equal credits and the equal number of years spent in the college doesn matter
