Hi evelyn567
The formula for the area of a triangle is
Now your base is 250 cm and your height is 120 cm
So the Area is 15000 cm².

In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.

Thanks, You Just Helped Me Cheat On My Homework.
Hi Evelyn;
That was not my intention. I enjoy working problems and I hope that you will learn something from my answer as I did. You can't know, but take it from me every shortcut means taking the long way later in life, believe me! Try to see how the problem was solved, you might find that you like math. Just my thoughts.

Hi Evelyn567;
Math is hard. It is hard for everybody.

It could happen. But it is really rare.

Hi Bobby,
So the Area is 15000 cm.
I was always taught at school to use the 'squared symbol' for area calculations. My answer would have been 15000 cm².

You are absolutely right !!! The answer is incorrect. A monumentally stupid error and yes I do know that. I am amending the previous post and thanks again.
