Re: Equations with parenthesis?

But this is a moot discussion. She is spoken for. That is the end of that. Time to move on. Yes, no ?

It depends. How much do you care for her?

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

Do you think I am so dumb as to become emotionally attached to someone who is already in the arms of someone else? DDG is a visual thing, I cannot control that. Emotions are another matter. They are to be managed and watched over.

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

I don't think that sort of thing is dumb. Either way, I think moving on some one who taken is taboo. Same thing with accepting an offer from from some one who is taken. I had to reject some one I really really liked once, because they were already with some one else.

Either way you have two options:

1 - move on.

2- wait patiently. if you feel she is worth it, then I say go with this one. thats why i asked how much you liked her.

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

We have no need to explore number one. About your second option, waiting, I think it is a total waste of time. Even when they break up why does that mean that suddenly I will be in the number one spot? How many times should I wait?

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

Thats why I asked how important she was! And no to your statement, " Even when they break up why does that mean that suddenly I will be in the number one spot?", I meant wait until she likes you. But not to except rebound.

If she is really important enough then option two would seem reasonable.

But it seem like you'd rather move on. So then do that. Just move on. Plenty of fish in the sea, and all that jazz.

You mean if I am stupidly lovesick enough I will wait until she finishes with her next 20 BF's. One of the advantages of being thousands of years old is you move on.

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

Hey, you asked me. If you had this all figured out then why ask my opinion? Just to make me feel little for being an (apparently "stupid") hopeless romantic?

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

At your age everyone is a hopeless romantic. So you are not stupid just human. I was not really asking a question when I said Yes, no. I was saying do you understand why moving on is the only choice.

HAH! I beg to differ. As a teen that have met and spent time with many teens, I have to say that the percent of us who go into relationships with noble intentions and those who don't, is about 50% 50%.

Oh yes, but sooner or later and believe me I know, all of you will fall victim at least once. Bet on it!

I do not need to be told. I am one of those with noble intentions. Because of this, I get hurt a lot.

A lot! Your hurts are yet to come. Think those teeny boys are good? Wait till you run into the 20+ year olds, and worse the 40+ year olds.

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

Thank you for reiterating something I already know- that because of my stupidity and tolerance of letting people I care for, to walk all over me, that I will live a life void of any romantic happiness on my end. Again, thanks.

Re: Equations with parenthesis?

Maybe. One person who was close to me during a tough relationship, told me "if you keep it up, at least you will make someone else happy"

He was being sarcastic, but either way. He also said "ya want me to kick his *** for ya?" xD

I cannot give you support. You are capable of managing your own life. Forget derriere kicking, that leads to the dark side.
