ex2 is not integrable by normal means of anti differentiation. However, in double integrals it is possible to reverse the order of integration to solve an otherwise impossible integral.

I googled for changing the order of integrals and found:

(i) I've made the picture and saved it as a GIF.
(ii) Then where have I put it?
(iii) You've seen the picture on your computer, so it (your computer) must 'know' where to look.
(iv) So how can you get your computer to tell you where that is?
