Matrix and det

Hi there,

I have a matrix which is formed by 1 and 0 values. It's the incidence matrix of a bipartite graph and I have to prove that any nxn sub-Matrix from the first one has det() 1, 0 or -1.

Can you give me a hint or a sample solve? Thanks!
