if line sagment AB divide by any point C in k:1 ration then
(A) If k>0, then point C divide line AB divide Internally
(B) if k<0, then point C divide line AB divide Externally
can any one explain me why this happen

In 62 years of doing maths I have not met this idea ( k < 0 for external divisions) but why not?
If you are measuring consistently along the line, then for an external division one measurement must be negative.
