Small doubt in function

I got the problem y=1/x , x element of A(domain) { 1,0,2...} and Codoman {0,1,2...}
I have to identify whether its function or not, y=1/0 is undefinted , so is it function or relation?

it is a function because a line parallel to y axis cuts at only at one point hence it will having unique image.it represent relation also because all functions are relation also

It doesn't look well defined to me because the codomain only seems to have integers and your domain needs x=2 maps onto y = ½

If I've got this wrong, you'll need to be more definite about the two sets.
