Hello,
I know this may be a simple question, but I am trying to refresh my math skills by practicing a few things, and I cannot figure out for the life of me how these two expressions are equal. Can someone please explain to me how one reduces to the other?
3 / (2*sqrt(3x)) = sqrt(3) / 2*sqrt(x)

Hi;
Multiply top and bottom by √3
In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.

Thanks for the response!
Can I ask why and how you are able to do that?

Hi;
If you multiply the numerator of a fraction by something you must multiply the denominator by the same to have the fraction keep the same value.
