Proof Help

Can someone please help me do a 2 column proof similar to the one below with the given Triangle?

In ΔDEG and ΔFEG
1. Angle DEG = Angle FEG [EG bisects DEF]
2. Angle EDG = Angle EFG
3. EG is common.

Thus, ΔDEG congruent to ΔFEG ⇒DG = FG ⇒ΔDFG is isosceeles

It is a normal proof but has 2 columns you have to fill out.  One column is the statements and one column is the reasons

Welcome to the forum.

How would you put that in a 2 Colum proof with statements - reasons ?

post 2 has most of what you need.

You could throw in the word 'given' for statements that were given in the problem, and the congruency reason is angle/angle/side.

So the only other things you need are a piece of paper, a ruler to draw the columns and a pencil

Thank your for your responses, but putting it into the 2 column format is still not making sense to me.  Can someone please clarify that portion?
