In the matrix form x' = Ax + f
could this really be so simple as x' = {-3, 2}x +f ??
or is there more to it?

The apostrophe for the derivative has not worked since before the upgrade and if I remember JFF was one of the people along with phrontister(?) that discovered a fix for that problem.
