What, in connection with this question, is the next number below? 4, 13, 19, 21, 29, ? And explain the reason.

It is not a very good question, in my opinion

I tend to agree.
In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.
