in values 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 2, 2 is the bigger number but actually it is the smaller number.

2 is small enough than 40 or 50.
And also it is noise for me in the data.
that's y i have to ignore or remove smaller numbers or weak points.
I am looking a method to ignore small numbers as noise.

In principle there is no way to distinguish the way 2 is greater than 0 to the way 40 is greater than 0 except to quantify things.
Are you dealing with signal processing? Where is this data coming from?
