19. a=6 and c=6(SQRT 2)
Ab= 13
Bb= 15
C b= 8
Db= 6
E b= 19
F b= 2
I've done it multiple times and i cant get the correct answer.
6^2+b^2=6SQRT2
6*SQRT 2=8.5
36+b^2=8.5
b=SQRT 73
The answer is D.

I am sorry but I can not understand that. What are you trying to solve?
In mathematics, you don't understand things. You just get used to them.
If it ain't broke, fix it until it is.
Always satisfy the Prime Directive of getting the right answer above all else.

Pythagorean Theorem
a^2+b^2=c^2
a=6
c=6(SQRT2)
6^2+b^2=6(SQRT2)
36+b^2=6*SQRT2
I am having trouble because 6(SQRT2)=8.5
the answers are all whole numbers so please help

You are trying to solve for b?
D is correct, b = 6.

Why should 6*SQRT2 = 8.5?
Also you forgot to square c:
a^2 + b^2 = c^2
6^2 + b^2 = 6^2*(SQRT2)^2
36 + b^2 = 36*2
b^2 = 36
b = 6
OK?
