Hi what is 3 over 7+1 over 7? and do u add 3+1 and 7+7 ?

Hi;

Using PEMDAS (BODMAS), I interpret "3 over 7+1 over 7" to be this:

There is a Maths Is Fun page about adding fractions here. At the top of the page is a step-by-step process to use when solving sums like this, followed by Example 1 which is much the same as the problem.
