Euclidean Geometry

In a triangle ABC , BM and CN are perpendiculars from B & C respectively on any line passing through A. If L is the midpoint of BC, prove that ML=NL

Draw the circle, centre L and radius LB (=LC).

We know that angle CNB = CMB = 90 so M and N lie on the circumference.  => ML = NL
