When sin(x) = y, one solution is x = sin^(-1)(y), also written asin(y)
You should be getting 3/4 when you have done it right

darn, why did I never think of that? All along this time, when I need to answer these kinds of questions, I need to draw the triangle first.

Now that I think about it, it is indeed faster to draw the triangle (unless it must be in exactly correct size) because we can think of the Pythagorean numbers spontaneusly rather than processing

Well, in this case, it worked because 3 4 5 is a successful right triangle. But won't all the time if the triangle is not right.
