Welcome to the forum.
If you have a version of Windows, you can use the software Paint.
I selected 'rose' from the colour chart and then 'edit colours' and got this:
Those 3 numbers down the right hand side are the colour components in decimal.
So you need to use the edit to find the exact colour you want, then write down the 3 numbers, convert to hex, and construct a 6 digit hex like this RRGGBB.
That should work.
