Help me please.

Hello there  cyber math lovers. I'm not very good at computers or math but I wish to learn. I'm hoping people here with experience can help me get there. I need ideas of how to get using math to gain confidence n better understanding. I'm into fabrication physics n piping so presures n conversions bla bla bla.
