instantaneous velocity at a point

Hi please see this question photo and its solution of branch b

my question is about branch b, is there a graph that show the limit is -0.834 ?
I draw a graph of the function but I couldn't see the limit is -0.834

the following is the graph of the function after I used it desmos grapher
I changed h to x

and I can't see limit is -0.834 as x approaches to 0 I can't see the point
as well as I find another values while x approaching zero , so it it really the limit is -0.834 ?

That value is correct 2 x cos(2) using calculus.
