Can you make 6 ?
eg. 2 + 2 + 2 = 6
3 x 3 - 3 = 6
Rules: Any method of calculation is allowed. One digit should be repeated three times.
The examples show how to do this with 2s and also with 3s.
Can you do this with every digit from 0 to 9 ?

Hi,
2+2+2=6
3*3-3=6
√(4*4) +√4 = 6
6+6-6=6
sqrt(9)*sqrt(9)-sqrt(9)=6
7 - 7/7 = 6
And some half-solved:
(5 squared + 5)/5 = 6
cube root (8 * 8) + cube root 8 = 6.
LHS = 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 have been given.
Out of some half solved, better solution is
Further,
cube root (8 * 8) + cube root 8 = 6 is a possible solution.
For the first part,
0 0 0 = 6,

hi MikeKnopfler
Welcome to the forum.
Looks to me like you just need 0 and 1.
Here's a hint:
3! = 6 and then extending that using 0! being defined as 1.

hi karryman,
Welcome to the forum.
You're right. This poster asked a genuine maths question to which we provided some answers.
Later he edited the post to make it an advert. I will edit this back for you.
