Estimate the Sales

The Coca-Cola Company had sales of $35,123
million in 2010 and $45,998 million in 2014. Use the
Midpoint Formula to estimate the sales in 2012. Assume
that the sales followed a linear pattern. (Source: The
Coca-Cola Company)

I see two points: (2010, 35,123) and (2014, 45,998).

I can use the Midpoint Formula to find the midpoint between
the two points. Is the midpoint the sales estimate for the year 2012?
If not, can someone set this up for me?
