Then how we say (2÷9)whole sqrt

Then how we say (2÷9)whole sqrt
sqrt{2}/sqrt{9}
The sqrt{9} = 3.
Answer: sqrt{2}/3.
In decimal form, we get 0.4714045208.
Rounded to 4 decimal places, we get 0.4714.
