I don't understand it, but it looks very poetical.

There must be someone here who can give a rough translation to English.

Hi Baie,
I use Google Translate for language conversions. The settings on the web page are easy to follow.
My grammar's not perfect, but I corrected the grammar in your post (please forgive me) to become "Can anyone tell me how to convert English into Urdu?" and pasted that into the translator.
Result:-
مجھے کسی کو کس طرح اردو میں انگریزی میں تبدیل بتا سکتے ہیں؟
Then I copied and pasted the Urdu translation back into Google, with the result:
Urdu into English for me, how can you tell?
Obviously Google can't give an accurate translation, but in many cases it can be good enough to get some understanding of your input. Sometimes translations are so bad that they're nothing like the intended meanings!
Btw, I know nothing at all about Urdu...other than what I've discovered now, that the writing appears to be quite pretty and is from right to left.
