The easiest thing to do here would be to use a calculator.
If you took pi as being 3.14, then you could technically do it by long division, but a calculator is much simpler. If you take pi as being 3.14, then you get 57.9618 when rounding up to 4 decimal places, and if you take pi as pi (or at least, the much more accurate version of pi as found on my calculator), then you get 57.9324.
