Differential Equation Problem

The question I'm having a problem with is:
16y'' + 8y' + 5y - 10x = 0,    y(0)=-2,  y'(0)=-1

I got half of it done, but I'm not sure whether I'm doing it right...can someone help me?

But it only has solutions , I wonder how they found those solutions.Need Proof

Yes, but I'm not sure about the coefficients of cos and sin...I have to double check
