You mean Reaction Math?

Did you select your mode of mathematics and click on 'Attempt'? That is what you need to click on in order to get a high score and for it to be submitted.

On the subject of Reaction Math, why is my score non-existent for Subtraction Double? I managed to get a 99.98. Took me a long time.

Maybe my name should be recognised without the è. Maybe there is a way to connect it to the database via basic database communication so that it recognises my username as Devante instead of Devantè?

I can understand it having trouble with Devant(e) because the data has to be passed through different layers.

It has to come from a MySQL database through PHP, into a URL, through to Flash and then all the way back again. I managed to get it right in some places and then it cane unstuck in others. I could see it in a URL, but then Flash changed it on importing, which is my current problem. So I thought just to change all e-acutes into plain e.

Plus Devante now has a "e-grave" not an "e-acute".

Ah...

I never did think that my username change (Devanté >> Devantè) would cause such a problem. Now I know how important name-changes are.

Hiya, OK someone gave me the Who owns the fish? problem last night just before I went to bed and I stayed up an extra 2.5 hours working it out, where can I find the answer to check? I think it's the german in the green house this is what I worked out:

colour house....yellow.........blue......red.........green......white
nationality.......norwegian...dane......brit.........german...swede
drink...............water..........tea........milk........coffee.....beer
plays..............hockey.....baseball....polo........soccer.....billiards
pet..................cats..........horses....birds.......         .....dogs

i got the same thing i spent 1 hour figuring it out go figure:

I thought the Whos fish puzzle was fairly challrnging. It took me about a half an hour. The crocodile one was very easy though. That took me only 5-10 minutes and I am not kidding.

yeh i got that hannah was the owner of the crocodile as well.... dont no how it took u guys 2hrs +?? took my bout 15-30 minutes. You just gotta re-sort the info into the obvious and then the less obvious... having a bit of trouble on the "whos got the fish" one tho?

On the original Mathsisfun.com page why did you remove the forum link from the left-hand bar? I know there's another link on the page but I'm sure many more people would notice it if it were in its original position.

I think it gets "buried" on the left hand links, so I thought the link on the main page was better.
